Innovative Partnerships Training (POSTPONED)

  • Ed Shed, Gloucester Folk Museum 99-103 Westgate Street Gloucester GL1 2PG UK (map)

Interested in creating opportunities through partnerships?

Why book?  Increasingly there is the need to work with partners if you are going to access the resources your organisation needs to prosper and grow. This training looks at how innovative and mutually beneficial partnerships can unlock resources, build sustainability and produce outcomes linked to your learning offer/work with young people. We do this by distinguishing the relationships and benefits that you can and do create for others and then learning how to use them to start accessing the resources you need.

Who is it for? Those aspiring to create opportunities and unlock hidden value and resources through partnerships.

What's covered? For some it's as simple as creating the space to think outside your normal hectic schedule. For others understanding the value of what you do, how to develop new and existing relationships into innovative partnerships will make a big difference.  We will also take some time at the end of the session to look at commissioning; providing a brief overview of the current landscape and giving participants an insight into opportunities and challenges that are relevant to cultural organisations and signposting to where more information can be found.

All of the training delivered by RIO is free to attend and will include lunch on whole day courses.
