Job: Education Development Manager, New Brewery Arts

We need an excellent manager to develop, plan, organise and deliver our busy programme of courses and workshops.

Our education programme is central to our mission and we value the positive relationship we have with our many talented students and skilled tutors. Over 1,000 adults and children join our courses and workshops annually (over 5,000 visits) and we employ approximately 70 tutors/artists per year on a freelance basis to teach on the programme.

This is a great development opportunity for the right candidate to help us grow our worldwide reputation for craft education.

It is an exciting time to join us.

You should have a degree or equivalent in the visual arts, teaching experience, amazing communication skills - and be highly organised and enjoy working with people.

We offer a friendly, committed team, a great working environment, flexible working hours, the opportunity to join the workshops and courses at a reduced rate (or even free) and subsidised lunch in our lovely café.
