Recapturing your confidence after COVID
Since the pandemic many of us have been feeling more anxious, especially when faced with going out-and-about or interacting with others. NHS, in partnership with local organisations, are trying to help people to overcome their concern and to rediscover their vitality.
Together, we have devised a series of peaceful and engaging free activities to help you reconnect with your community in small, friendly groups. You can explore a programme of creative projects and gentle exercise to boost your sense of confidence and assist with well-being. All activities take place in your neighbourhood and are suitable for all ages and levels of experience.
