Project Apprenticeship at Art Shape - recruiting now!

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Art Shape for an apprenticeship.  The apprentice will work alongside Art Shape’s 3 Project Managers to help with all aspects of Art Shape’s diverse range of projects.  Art Shape is a charitable organisation that works to enable those with barriers to mainstream participation such as learning or physical disabilities access the arts throughout the county of Gloucestershire.

This role will enable the successful candidate to learn all aspects of project co-ordination including planning and delivery, fundraising and budgeting, monitoring and evaluation.  The role will be based at Art Shape’s office in Brockworth and will be paid at the apprenticeship wage of £3.30 per hour for 30 hours per week over 52 weeks – in addition any out of pocket expenses will be reimbursed.  Art Shape also has a contributory pension scheme which the successful candidate would be able to enrol in if they wish.

This is a training role and as such you will be supported to learn all aspects of an arts project administrative position giving you a firm grounding for future opportunities in the difficult to access arts sector. As well as studying towards an NVQ level 3 in Business Administration.
