Create Gloucestershire is seeking to appoint a new Business Manager to support the smooth running of the organisation.

Create Gloucestershire is a membership network of 140 plus people and organisations working in the creative industries. We offer training, development support and advice as well as organising networking events to connect members with key stakeholders who are interested in supporting arts and culture in the county. Our work results in increased profile and funding for the sector, which in turns grows confidence and ambition.
The main purpose of the role of Business Manager is to ensure the engine of Create Glos – the financial and operational workings of the organisation, run smoothly and efficiently. Working closely alongside Pippa Jones, the Director, the role will ensure the needs of a growing organisation are forecast and suitably met.
This brief is offered on a contract basis from September 2016 to March 2017 with a review at 3 months. We are confident the contract will continue beyond that point for a further period of time but this will not be confirmed until January/February 2017.
We anticipate on average 2 days a week during this time to be worked flexibly in liaison with the Director.
