International Children Day -2nd of June, Gloucester Park

Polish Association Gloucestershire was established to promote Polish-British integration and social inclusion of people discriminated on the grounds of their ethnic origin, religion, belief, or creed or their social and economic position (in particular, members of the Polish community).  We organize services and events to encourage and enable such people to participate more effectively with the wider community.  We also organize events involving the local community designed to foster community cohesion and raise awareness and understanding of Polish arts, culture and heritage.

We are delighted to invite you to the first ever International Children Day in Gloucester. This event is taking place on Saturday the 2nd of June in Gloucester Park.

The World Conference for the Well-being of Children in Geneva, Switzerland, proclaimed 1st of June to be International Children's Day in 1925. 50 countries celebrates on 1st June (15 European), unfortunately not a Great Britain, that's why we want to implement that day into the Gloucester calendar

We are looking for people or organisations who are interested to help us provide childrens attractions and activities, as well as some funding

If you would like to contribute to the success of this event, please contact Jaroslaw Kubaszczyk,
