Mindful Photography Workshop for staff
Stress, anxiety, and depression in the workplace are a growing problem, contributing to low morale and motivation, absenteeism, and 'presenteeism'.
Use mindfulness, photography and nature to help you take notice, one of the Five Ways to Wellbeing, developed by the New Economics Foundation and used by the NHS. Learn effective and creative tools that help you:
• Slow down and be in the present moment
• Improve your own health and wellbeing
• Improve your motivation and creativity
• Learn ideas and tips that you can share with colleagues and clients
The photography side of things is kept simple, low tech and fun. You can use any device - mobile phone, tablet or digital camera. The training is suitable for all abilities and levels of experience.
