Project Coordinator for Inclusion Gloucestershire
Summary of the Role Inclusion Gloucestershire uses drama to produce training and resources to promote equality and inclusion.
We are commissioned by Gloucestershire County Council, Gloucestershire NHS Clinical Commissioning Group and work closely with other partners to create inspiring drama workshops, films and live theatre productions which put the views and experience of people with disabilities and/or mental ill health at the centre.
You will be a creative, adaptable and organised individual who is passionate about inclusion. You will believe that everyone can make a meaningful contribution and will enjoy working to facilitate that. You will be engaging, fun and approachable, and able to deliver high quality drama projects. You will be excited by a role that is never dull.
The role sits within the Dramatic Change team and involves a range of skills including developing and delivering inclusive drama productions, workshops and training with children and adults as well as office-based tasks.
