Small-Scale Development Programme
17-19 October, Weetwood Hall, Leeds
This programme is designed for leaders of small arts, culture or heritage organisations (with 10 staff or less), leading the direction of the organisation but probably wearing many hats in their day-to-day role! It consists of an intensive residential programme and follow-up online coaching with a chosen trainer.
You’ll leave with the skills, knowledge and tools needed to reach new audiences, improve engagement with current audiences and increase income. You’ll learn how to better define your organisation’s goals and develop a clearer understanding of your current approach to audiences.
All of this, plus your meals and accommodation for the residential, is covered by the heavily subsidised fee of only £95 + VAT.
More information, including the confirmed trainers and videos from previous participants, can be found on the AMA website: www.a-m-a.co.uk/small-scale
