Do you want to have your say on how arts organisations are run?
Do you want to have your say in how charities and arts organisations are run?
Do you have ideas on how to help organisations grow stronger?
Would you like to gain the experiences to lead one of these organisations?
Then sign up to the ‘Future Leaders Now workshop’.
We want to help up-skill the next generation of leaders by giving you the chance to become a trustee of a charity or arts organisation. We think you can really help bring new skills, mindsets and experiences to boards of trustees to help them get stronger.
The half-day session will run in two groups; one for young people interested in developing their career prospects through increasing leadership skills and experiences. The second group will be for charities, schools and arts organisations to help them understand how to make the most of the opportunities provided by adding younger members to their organisations leadership.
This workshop has been specifically created to up skill the next generation of leaders. You will learn how organisations are led through their trustees and how you can become one and get a real say on how an organisation is run.
We will provide lunch and a chance for both groups to meet and make new contacts, maybe even recruit. We will help find the right organisation for you.
The sessions have been designed to be practical, insightful and engaging.
