Rachel Adams

Rachel has worked within arts and communities for over ten years and believes passionately in the power of the arts to change communities. Originally training and working as a performer, her work has included directing, producing, fundraising, events and project management.
Past roles include Regional Manager for Envision, Programme Director for Creative Youth Network and the Public Service Broadcasting Trust managing their Fixers team.

As a freelance Producer and Projects Manager, Rachel has worked with various organisations including The Courtyard Centre for the Arts, Alive! Activities, My Future My Choice and is currently Participation Producer for Diverse City. 

In 2014, Rachel co-founded Wyldwood Arts, a community interest company that produces arts activities and programmes for those who need them most, with a particular focus on arts with older people and intergenerational work. Wyldwood Arts works across the South West in Bristol, Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and North Somerset.

Rachel is delighted to be part of the CG team, helping to develop the arts offer in Gloucestershire, ensuring more people have full access to high quality arts experiences.
