Snapshot: CG is supporting artists, producers and cultural workers through a combination of training, bespoke and peer support, aimed at sharing practice and learning. One strand of this is the development of action learning sets across the county, starting with 1 set in 2015.
Priorities: To grow a pool of extraordinary and diverse artists, independent producers and cultural workers in Gloucestershire to ensure the health and future of the sector and create excellent, meaningful work.
Coming up: Our first action learning set is underway, with a second planned to roll out in 2016 pending evaluation of phase one. One participant, artist Imogen Harvey-Lewis, records a brilliant visual diary of her experience here.
