The Create Gloucestershire team
Create Gloucestershire was set up by a partnership of arts organisations in 2012 with a belief that we can go further together. Our current team draw on knowledge from a range of different fields, with a shared passion for and expertise in creating change with “heads, hands and hearts”. We stand on the shoulders of the many artists, makers and activists in Gloucestershire who have stood up for creativity and community.
We are organised in field teams, actively working in communities to understand, prototype, incubate and advocate and as a support team who curate the values, strategy, finance, and governance of the company.
The non executive Board Directors provide governance oversight and support.
