UpFront Survivors Pop-Up Cultural Space

Join us for a varied programme of creative workshops, performances, events and an exhibition.

The programme includes survivor-led creative workshops including flag making, voice work, creative writing and puppetry, and our evening programme will be featuring award-winning headline acts, including Sean Lock Comedy Award winner 2024 Harriet Dyer and T.S. Eliot Poetry Prize winner 2021 Joelle Taylor.

UpFront Survivors is a radical, three-year programme of creative changemaking, designed and led by artists and activists who are survivors of child sexual abuse (CSA), in partnership with frontline services.

Tue 11th to Sun 16th March

Venue: Old Chambers building (formally The Chambers), 27 St Aldate Street, Kings Square, Gloucester GL1 1RP

All events are open to both sexes and all gender identities.

We aim to hold safer, accessible spaces for all CSA survivors, friends & allies. All our spaces are relaxed environments, meaning you can move around the space as you need to during events and performances, and leave (and come back) at any time. Wellbeing support and a range of grounding activities are available if you need anyone to talk to in response to the artwork and activities.
