Discuss group/collective/individual organisational structures and governance models in broader, regional and arts-specific contexts. 

Through a panel of experts there is a chance to ask questions, hear about the benefits and challenges in working collaboratively, and find out what is right for you. 

5.30pm onwards - buy a drink at the bar, network and submit a question for the panel. 

6.00pm Louise Bardgett – welcome and introduction to the evening.

6.05pm Angela Gilbert – introduction to Glos Rural Community Council and Angela’s work, her broad knowledge and experience of working with voluntary and community orgs, advising on structural composition.

6.15pm Emily Barker – introduction to Glos VCSE Alliance, Emily’s work and experience; the interactive dashboard/research into Gloucs-based CICs and what this can tell us. 

6.25pm Christina Poulton – introduction to her work; arts specific advice and the difference between commercial/business models and non-profit models.

6.35pm Niki Whitfield – pre-submitted questions to the panel.

6.55pm Sarah Bowden will take questions from the floor.

7.20pm Louise Bardgett will share the opportunity to hold a further practical advice session with Christina Poulton on setting up an arts organisation - exploring the options available and helping you take next steps.   

7.30pm Thank panel members | Networking | Refreshments available to purchase from the bar.
