Louise Emerson – Freelance Consultant
Louise Emerson is a Business Consultant and Coach working with cultural organisations. She has over 20 years practical expertise of developing successful strategic plans and business plans for a wide range of arts and cultural organisations with a focus on developing skills and making the most of your assets. Louise has worked with organisations across the world and with major corporate partnerships such as San Rio Inc, Panasonic, British Airways and so on.
Louise is a practising Coach with years of experience working with senior, project and external teams.
Louise was CEO of Cheltenham Festivals from 2014-2017; Head of Commercial Strategy at the Natural History Museum London (2003-2014) where she was responsible for the commercial exploitation of the assets and led the development of a number of exhibitions as well as their international tours. Prior to this Louise was Director of the Crescent Arts Centre(a multi-disciplinary arts and education centre) and Managing Director of London Calling Arts Ltd, a marketing agency.
