AIR in G are seeking a dedicated Youth Theatre professional to join the AIR in G team to deliver our youth theatre in the Forest of Dean.

Salary: £30k-£40k (pro-rata)
Hours: Part time

Job Description
The Director will be responsible for delivering the following:
1) Drama Classes/Performances
During weekly term-time drama classes young people (split into age groups) will develop performance skills by working toward performances at the end of each term. Classes will help build self-confidence and nurture important Life skills i.e. taking the initiative, team work, public speaking etc.
2) Young Promoters Scheme
Working with the AIRinG rural touring scheme youth theatre members will select, promote and host professional touring theatre companies in community spaces across the Forest of Dean. Members will learn about budget planning, event management, risk assessment and event delivery while working towards their Arts Awards.
