Nature Festival and Picnic in the Park

There was, we think it is truthful to say, a greater sense of urgency among a wider number of people about the state of nature and its importance, not least in our own lives as a way of improving our health and well-being and the quality of our lives in general. This event has and will always be a free event with families at its heart.

Sunday 2 July 11-4, Stratford Park - FREE

While all those taking part recognise the challenges that the natural world faces, this is a chance to come together and celebrate the wildlife around us. In 2022, we were all emerging from the Covid pandemic and the festival had not taken place for two years. All of us were rebuilding to some extent, reaffirming our messages, re -connecting with our audiences outside of the digital/social media sphere.

We invite you to bring your own picnic, find a space among the trees and enjoy time outdoors with family and friends.
