Art & Activism is our new programme of workshops for teenage girls. In them, you will be able to learn processes like bookbinding, screenprint and creating animations while learning about feminism and activism throughout history!
We will be making zines inspired by objects in the Hundred Heroines collection, Collaged animations inspired by Cindy Shermans ‘Doll Clothes’, designing your own stickers from photographs and drawings, Protest banners using slogans like ‘The Guerilla Girl’s’ and beyond.

These workshops are completely free thanks to the National Lottery Community Fund, and are held in our museum in the Eastgate shopping centre, top floor.
