Call for proposals - Project Black Jack

Proposals are invited for two new sculptures in Cirencester.

Project Blackjack aims to replace the statues in the two niches on the north-west and south-west of the tower of the Church of St John Baptist in the center of Cirencester. 

The project, led by a team appointed by the Parochial Church Council (PCC), is encouraging applications by artists to carry out the work.

The timing for this is 15 June – 18 August 2019; we are offering 2 x four week residencies* during this period to lead us into the Tatty Devine exhibition and start awareness of our Gimson exhibition. *There is flexibility to reduce the duration of the residency for a suitable proposal
