GEM (Going the Extra Mile)
The Going the Extra Mile (GEM) Project aims to engage with and support individuals in Gloucestershire who are currently dealing with circumstances that are potentially causing barriers to work and move these people closer towards education, training, volunteering or work, including self-employment.
Cultural education strategy and partnerships
Creating a shared vision of how cultural education could be revolutionised, resulting in a high quality, joined up, comprehensive and sustainable offer for children and young people.

Consortia approach to private fundraising
Following a successful collective bid to Arts Council England’s Catalyst fund, CG is working with seven organisations to develop expertise of and models in private giving, and initiatives such as joint friends schemes and ambassadors for the arts.
Digital Strategy and Kitbag
‘Art. Not what I expected’ was a campaign to change public perception of the arts, and raise the profile of arts in the region, piloted in the Stroud district.

Creative Apprentices
Create Gloucestershire secured investment of over £100,000 from the Creative Employment Programme to create 40 employment opportunities in the cultural sector for 18-24 year olds.

Prove and Improve collective evaluation framework
With our members and evaluation specialists DHA and Praxis we have co-designed a new framework to collect data across a range of arts and cultural organisations across Gloucestershire.

Arts Inc
Arts Inc was a programme of consultation, review and strategic development to find more effective ways for arts organisations specialist in inclusion to work together, establish how they could better work with VCS sectors and communities, and develop joint policies, strategies and initiatives.
