Calling all Create Gloucestershire Leadership Alumni!
We are delighted to invite everyone who has participated in any of our leadership programmes to join us for a Leadership Alumni Gathering.
This event is free to attend, and will bring together change-agents from our three leadership programmes:
The Catalyst Programme
Meeting Life as a Creative Adventure
The Healthy Communities Together (HCT) co-lab
While your individual learning paths were different, each course was built on a shared commitment to make Gloucestershire a better, more creative and equal place to live and work.
We want to celebrate our commitment to radical inclusion and the subtle skills you have developed to help others shine. This experimental work, originally developed in partnership with nowhere and supported by Arts Council England, is rooted in practice over academic theory.
It feels right then that our morning together will include a relaxed circle check-in to share your journey, an opportunity for peer coaching, and an outdoor intuition walk to reconnect with your personal potential and purpose.
We will also share a brief update celebrating our past 15 years and opening up space to imagine what the next 15 might look like.

Time: 9.30am (for 10am start) to 12:30 pm
Location: The Heritage Hub, Gloucester
Lunch: A light lunch will follow at 12:30 pm for those who can stay.
