Catalyst Foundation: creative leadership course
Are you ready to help shape a more creative, collaborative, and equitable Gloucestershire?
We're opening expressions of interest for the next Catalyst Foundation cohort, our free creative leadership course for people who are already making a difference where they live and work. Over five sessions between November 2026 and March 2027, you'll grow your confidence, your ideas and your collaborations alongside a small, supportive group of changemakers from across Gloucestershire.
You don't need to call yourself a leader to take part. If people already turn to you to get things done, this course is for you.
How to join: We are asking for expressions of interest, and we will support anyone who is interested to apply. You will be invited to an online briefing to meet the course leader and ask any questions before you decide.

Alumni gathering
If you've taken part in The Catalyst Programme, Meeting Life as a Creative Adventure, or the Healthy Communities Together (HCT) co-lab, we'd love you to join our free Leadership Alumni Gathering. We want to celebrate our commitment to radical inclusion and the subtle skills you have developed to help others shine. Reconnect with fellow change-makers through peer coaching, a circle check-in, and an outdoor intuition walk.

We're holding a day for anyone who cares about creativity in Gloucestershire, and we'd love you to come.
We're bringing together a wide mix of people - artists, community connectors, people who work with creativity every day and people who are creativity curious - to share what they’re noticing, ask some honest questions, and see what emerges.
