Join Strike A Light Artistic Director Emma Jane and Co-Chairs Rae and Andrew for a conversation about our co-chair model.

They’ll share why we have a board as a charity and how it works, why we chose to move to a co-chair model, what makes it different, the benefits and challenges it brings, how they support each other and what we’ve learned along the way.

There will be the opportunity to share your thoughts and ask any questions you might have.
