Strike A Light are looking for an experienced producer to come and join us to create extraordinary events with and for the communities of Gloucester.

🗓️ 4 days a week

💰 £34k pro rata

📍 Gloucester based & remote

We’re looking for someone with solid experience producing a mix of live theatre, dance, music, and events – especially in non-traditional spaces and large-scale outdoor settings. You’ll need to be confident handling event budgets, managing community-led projects, and building strong relationships with a wide range of people, from funders and stakeholders to local communities.
