With Blue Monday, the day claimed to be the most depressing of the year, fast approaching, a Cotswold town is putting on a free event for residents to equip them with advice on how to care for their mental health.
The ‘Roads to Recovery’ event on Saturday 19th January, hosted by Encounter Church in Winchcombe, will bring together expert speakers from the 2gether Trust, Christians Against Poverty, Foodbank and mental health charity the Independence Trust.
