A small friendly team, and a network rooted in Gloucestershire communities.
We work remotely across the country, alongside a wider network of Creative Catalysts, artists, organisations and associates. Together we hold the relationships, funding and ideas that help creative collective action grow across the county.
How we organise: Circles Around the Work
We work in Circles Around the Work: small groups that gather around a particular piece of work to think, learn and make decisions together. This keeps us reflective, shares power more evenly, and keeps us close to the communities and partners we work with.
