Sue is co-director of Charlton Associates www.charltonassociates.org that offers HR and organisational development for small to medium enterprises.

She is a member of IDMN, Association of Coaching, and a board member of GDance.  Sue has coached a BBC performing dance fellow, and is a Dance UK Mentor 2014 and has worked one to one with artists for over 15 years.
