Evaluation Consultant

Desired outcomes from this role are:

An evaluation framework that works for us and our primary funder The National Lottery Heritage Fund. This should include what data to collect, how we should be collecting it, what programmes we should be using and how we should be presenting it. An evaluation framework designed in consultation with our community practitioners and audiences. A more streamlined approach to evaluation with processes, programmes and digital tools in place, and staff trained in how to use them.

Given the trusted relationships we hold with the communities with which we work, and the complexity of our projects, we believe that we are best placed to collect a significant proportion of the evidence ourselves but want to be assured that we have the most appropriate methodology in place to do this, and efficient processes in place to support us. We are particularly interested in looking at ways to streamline our evaluation processes to maximise our capacity, and in particular to use digital tools.
