That’s An Idea! is a pioneering cultural infrastructure programme bringing together 12 organisations with a shared ambition: to shift cultural power, resources and decision-making into the hands of communities.

We’re looking for a Strategic Programme Manager to help bring our ambition to life – bringing people together, building strong partnerships and helping create lasting change in how culture is owned and shaped across Gloucestershire.

3–5 days per week | Hybrid | Gloucestershire
£35,000–£40,000 FTE | 1-year contract with potential to extend
