The Music Works is expanding its team with two new opportunities and one permanent role spanning strategy, front-of-house and commercial development.

Strategic Operations Director (Fixed-term)

A newly created leadership role to help the organisation become more efficient, data-informed and strategically agile. Ideal for someone who thrives on complexity and enjoys building systems from the ground up.

Hub Receptionist – Gloucester Hub (Permanent, Part-time, 22 hrs/week)

Salary: £21,157.50–£24,784.50 pro rata | Closing date: Friday 9th October
First point of contact for visitors, managing reception, bookings, sign-in and general admin support.

Commercial Development Consultant (Fixed-term, 3–5 months)

Fee: £20,000 (fixed) | Remote, with visits to Gloucester and Forest of Dean Hubs | Closing date: Sunday 18th October 2026
Reporting to the CEO & Artistic Director, this consultant will scope and assess The Music Works' commercial potential, delivering a strategic plan for future income generation.
