In this relaxed and inclusive workshop you will be introduced to Qigong (which is a series of gentle exercises, a form of moving meditation), both through understanding how it works and experiencing it for yourself. No special equipment or clothing needed, suitable for all ages and levels of fitness (or lack of any!). Just bring a smile, we guarantee you will feel better by the end of it....
