In 2022 we ran a series of creative workshops aimed at helping people reconnect with their communities after the pandemic. And we are back for 2023 with a new set of workshops.
Once again we are working with the NHS, in partnership with local organisations, to try and help people overcome their concerns and to rediscover their vitality.
The workshops will still be run in small friendly groups.
We also have some new sessions aimed at young people aged 16 - 25 and one for the very little ones too - aged 3-4. This time we are asking for a very small donation to help with running costs (just £2 per place).
You can explore a programme of creative projects and gentle exercise to boost your sense of confidence and assist with well-being. All activities take place in your neighbourhood and are suitable for all ages and levels of experience.
The programme is open to all patients registered at Berkeley Vale practices, including Chipping and Culverhay in Wotton, Berkeley, Frampton, Wotton, Sharpness, Dursley, Cam and Uley. Check out the activities below.
