Julie’s Bicycle brings you (for free): The Creative Freelancer’s Climate Almanac. A stunning companion for artists, independent creatives, community practitioners and producers, created by Julie’s Bicycle (JB) with input from freelancers as part of our Arts Council England Environmental Programme.
The almanac gathers useful resources from existing toolkits, alongside templates, wellbeing practices, artist case studies, and book recommendations, weaving them into a seasonal approach for sustainable change with justice for the environment, land, and people at the forefront.
Designed specifically with freelancers in mind, this resource will lighten the load, spark new ways of working, and remind you that you’re not alone in your climate action.
This Creative Freelancers Climate Almanac has been co-authored and curated by JB (Hannah Graham, Arts Council England Programme Manager and Farah Ahmed, Climate Justice Lead with Becky Hazlewood, Project Manager). Illustrated and Designed by Camille Etchart. The illustrations on pages 3-4 were designed by Melissa Smith.
